SHIPPING COSTS

Absolute Soap offers free shipping on all orders of our handmade soaps, scrubs and other goodies that total $75 or more. We charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping on all other orders. Both apply no matter how much you purchase (but only on domestic retail orders).

Shipping outside of the U.S. is calculated at checkout (you can get shipping estimates before checking out if you wish) based on actual cost via USPS international methods.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days from when they are placed. However, please keep in mind that at Absolute Soap we make all of our products by hand in small batches. While this process does ensure that all of our products are fresh and wonderful, it will occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping. Rest assured that we will tell you about any delays as quickly as we know about them. You can calculate your actual time to delivery as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3- 7 business days.
Express Methods: 2 business days to ship, plus express transit time, which will be posted on the order page (it's calculated live on the site, specifically for your location).

RETURNS

We stand behind our products. If there are any quality issues, we are happy to issue a refund or re-ship your product. However, we regret that we can not accept returns of opened body products.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of our handmade products, variations in size, color, scent, and/or form are expected and are not considered product flaws. Our products are formulated with a wide variety of natural ingredients known for their reputed benefits.However, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

International orders: Please familiarize yourself with any possible restrictions on botanicals and other natural ingredients shipped to your country. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay due to local customs laws. Import duties and fees (if any) are not included in the shipping price. Please be aware of your customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order.

All of our products are clearly labeled and may contain ingredients that cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of these ingredients. If you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils.
